Alarm

The dorm next to mine recently had the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night. Repeatedly. It was suggested to me that I should make a piece based off of this, and here it is! Short but fun!
The time signature alternates between 5/8, 6/8 and 7/8, and there is an ostinato imitating the alarm constantly being played by at least one instrument.
Scored for wind sextet: flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon and horn.
